The Institute for Workforce Innovation is a not-for-profit organization located in north central Florida for 30 years. Our mission is to improve our communities’ quality of life through education, employment and advocacy. We carry out our mission by building affordable housing, providing hunger relief, and developing career ladders and training programs, all to meet the evolving needs of our community.

    • Helps individuals facing chronic unemployment or underemployment to self-realize their entrepreneurial goals and create brighter futures

    • Helps low income individuals secure more gainful employment and brighter economic futures by obtaining industry sought credentials

    Meals to At-Risk Youth and Seniors

    • Provide hunger relief to low income, isolated youth and seniors so they can focus their attention on achieving their goals

    Staff and Volunteer Recognition

    • Provides morale boosting social events and recognition opportunities for staff and volunteers who work hard to help the community
