The Institute for Workforce Innovation is a not-for-profit located in north central Florida. Our mission is to improve our communities’ quality of life through education, employment and advocacy. We carry out this mission by building affordable housing, providing hunger relief, and developing career ladders and training programs, all to meet the evolving needs of our community.

The Melrose Senior Community Center

An inter-generational community center in Melrose, FL offering an array of activities and services to promote active living and aging in place.

    A job training and entrepreneurial education program for unemployed older workers, located at The Melrose Senior Community Center.

      Project YouthBuild AmeriCorps

      A 7-month intensive leadership, educational, and vocational training program for opportunity youth aged 16-24 who are out of school.
